Aamir Khan

Effectively partnered in the growth of the firm soon after its inception. His forte lies in Indirect Taxation, Valuations, Corporate Law and Analytical Procedures, with hands-on experience in restructuring and start-up ventures, and in developing costing and inventory management systems for enterprises of all sizes.
Visiting faculty at Tolani Commerce College, Adipur. Has conducted GST seminars for companies and awareness programmes on Central Excise, Customs, Service Tax and GST on behalf of governmental authorities, as well as seminars on core banking systems for Bank of Baroda.
Completed the ICAI certificate course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection; worked on the WIRC publication on CARO 2016; member of the Corporate Laws & Corporate Governance Committee of WIRC of ICAI for 2020-21.
All-India rank holder in the CA PE-II examination. Also a qualified Company Secretary and DISA.
Jainish Patel

Wide experience in Audit — GST Audit, Internal Audits (including public sector undertakings), Statutory, Stock, Bank, VAT and Tax Audits. Heads the GST Division of the firm and holds expertise in GST consultation.
Has enlightened more than 1,500 participants through GST awareness programmes under the State and Central GST departments, and conferences and seminars at local, state and national level. Has also transcribed a book on GST as a guidance note for students.
Chairman of the Gandhidham Branch of WIRC of ICAI and Managing Committee member for the 2019-22 term; Chairman of the Gandhidham Branch of WICASA of ICAI for 2020-21; active member of branch sub-committees for the last 6 years.

Rushabh Vadaliya

Post-qualification experience in accounting, auditing, project finance, debt syndication, company law matters and taxation.
Coming from a strong pro-business family background, he has gained expertise in Business Management and Consulting.
Works very closely with single-owner managed business clients, helping them understand their accounts and acting as a sounding board for key financial decisions throughout all stages of the business lifecycle. Also handles specific assignments for the Banking Sector.
Secured the "Brilliant Performance Award" in the National Accounting Talent Search 2012-13 organised by the Indian Accounting Association.
Upasana Makhija

Since her early recruitment as an intern with the firm she developed managerial skills at root-level operations, joining as a Partner post-qualification. She is the young, dynamic and enthusiastic pillar of our firm.
Though the youngest partner, she successfully heads all the GST operational teams, handling GST compliance and GST audits for our clientele with extensive knowledge of the ever-changing GST law.
Experienced with ERP and various accounting packages. She manages the human resources of the firm, trains our operational team members and grooms semi-qualified assistants and interns to bring out their best potential.
